This morning's breakfast table was full of well rested faces after a comfortable night back home at Muyenga Guest House. After a nice leisurely breakfast, we walked to the church, where the secondary school meets. They held a special assembly for us to present the plaque from our school to their new school. Christian spoke eloquently on behalf of the team and his heartfelt words were greeted with great applause. Following the special assembly the students returned to class and we were invited to join some of the classes. Our kids loved it and a few of them took a spelling test as well. Quite a unique opportunity to attend a Ugandan classroom. The rest of the day was spent playing with all the young boarders at the primary school. This evening's special dinner guest was a 16 year old boy named Victor.

  1. Hi Megan! We miss you and LOVE YOU SOOOOOO MUCH!!! Travis and Jesi are leaving for camp tomorrow and their missionary is from Uganda!! What a small world! It'd be a hoot if your team was familiar with him: Alex Mutagubya from A.R.M. (African Renewal Ministries)
