Our final day in Bethany and I think it's safe to say that we won't miss the farming, but we will most definitely miss the people. Although we will return home with muscles and skill never discovered until now. And the knowledge that our labor will produce fruit, literally and God willing, figuratively made it all worth the effort. One thing is for sure, that lovely tan we thought we acquired, has or will wash off the next time we shower I am sorry but today's blog is short because we have an early morning and I am quite tired tonight. We leave at 6:30 am for our boat ride to Ggaba and then on to visit Acres4Life's new farm in Mubende..Overall, we have loved our time at Bethany and many on our team have been inspired to partner with them after our return to the states.

  1. I just wanted to share with your from the perspective of being one of those who are standing in the gap in prayer for all of you as you serve our LORD there in Africa. God has so faithfully answered my prayers for safety and health for you all. Another way He has answered is that I have asked God to work both in and through His servants as you minister there. It is totally evident that He is doing this. Hi Megan and Aaron. And Susi ~ thanks for the great job you do keeping the blog updated. God bless you all. Megan and Aaron's Auntie Pat

  3. Three cheers for the Uganda Team!!! You must feel very proud of all of your accomplishments! You have touched so many lives, and in return, changed forever. How will these beautiful and precious changes reveal themselves as you integrate back into American culture? Will your increased compassion shine as you come back to old routines? You are an amazing group. You have each personally sacrificed so much. Keep SHINING!
