The first morning on the farm, we will all sleep extremely well tonight! We dug trenches between the banana trees last year's team planted, and fertilized many of the growing trees. The heat was blazing but the team worked hard. We were able to work alongside Ugandan farmers today and that added a special element to the morning. Feeling like you've earned a meal makes it taste so much more fulfilling. A warm Coke never tasted so good as it did this afternoon.
